Causer Consulting designed the National Executive Women workshop to support women executive/c-suite leaders with succession planning. We will test some ideas and see how they shape your succession strategy. Social justice nonprofits have reached a stall in the movement; internal staff fighting, poor/unsustained funding, lack of solid management skills, and other reasons drive leaders to consider the next step as a knee-jerk reaction rather than a calculated strategy.
